Does this mean I just have to get to Memphis to get Rice Hulls and Meal?

Well this was just announced yesterday but if they're processing I'd think that means milling which would mean hulls and bran and maybe millfeed I'd think. Riviana is big in the instant and microwaveable rice segment but I'd think they still have to traditionally mill or parboil the rice and then further cook and process it. I hope this goes well. The farmers in NE Ark need another bidder and I like hauling to the port of Memphis so I'm optimistic.

What are rice hulls? I've seen some wanting to be moved in Kansas.

The outer protecting cover of the rice grain like soybean hulls, I hauled some outta NE Arkansas to WC Ohio, they claimed it was going to be a ingredient in animal medication or supplements, my 43 102 78 was FULL FULL FULL with 51K on

WH the milling process involves removing the outer hull first which gives you brown rice. Then if you take the bran layer off and polish you get white rice. If it's parboiled you boil the whole grain first and then you mill it.
Around here the hulls and bran are commonly used in feed. If you grind the hulls and mix with the bran you get rice mill feed. The bran is 12% protein and 12% fat. Riceland has the last few years extracted the oil from the bran. Some do some don't. Those of you familiar with Riceland Jonesboro the high sided bulk trailers on the right as you go in are loading hulls and bran. They do not appear to be having fun when they stomp it down and tarp in the wind. It's very bulky.
