    Hi Lady K,
We aren't sure yet which trucking company he is going to go with. He is trying to get into good school, by January. But if funding doesn't work out then he'll have to decide which truck training firm he will go with, which he is leaning toward Central.

I will keep you posted of our progress.
I look forward to becoming trucking Friends!

Woo Hoo - I can get back into the thread!! (forum had a cold - LOL) Definately 'trucker friends'!! We are on Facebook if you want to 'friend' us :) just put in a message who you are so I don't ignore you - LOL! I look forward to seeing who you go with. I'm probably going to be heading to school late Jan - early Feb. By that time the kids will be moved in and I will want to move OUT!! :biggrin_2556:

    CarolCreates Thanks this.

I am totally stressing out - LOL! I am driving uber cautiously (more than my norm) because I'm reading these newbie threads of 'I just had an accident and now no one will hire me' type of stuff. Man I can't wait until I'm done w/school and done w/training and on the road with hubby!! He only has 1.5 weeks left of school before heading down to Fontana - and I can't wait to follow!! Why does time have to go so fast for him leaving and so slow for me being able to join him - sigh...

Today was pretty good got to spend 45 minutes on backing skills, 45 minutes on the road driving with a 53' trailer (yesterday it was a 28').
Three and a quarter hours riding in the back of the sleeper while the other students got to drive and three and a quarter hours going over PTI.
Not really happy with the amount of time I am getting but I think I am going to push to try to get more stick time this week.
