Blocking Both Lanes on purpose? Friendly Question, don't worry...

I was driving through Cincinnati one time, around rush hour, and we were getting down to about the 1 + 2 exit. Traffic was backed up because of the crazy turn before the bridge. I hear over the CB that there are 3 bears at the exit. I'm thinking fender bender but I was greatly impressed and surprised that they were sitting off to the side (in a white striped area) to ticket 4-wheelers who thought they would get ahead of traffic and drive in the 2nd lane and then wait until the very last second to merge in and exit.

Those bears each had somebody pulled over, too! I cheered and gave a thumbs up as I passed by.

So does a friend of mine on here who has been driving oversize for ages...so what I've learned not to trust those status things...I no another driver on here that has no for being a driver yet he owns and operates and has for decades......people say what they will....no matter no worries we move on

 

LOL since i'm going back on the road i thought i would be a smart azzhat like some of the other yahoo's i mean fine upstanding truckers on here

 

I am thinking about changing to wannabe.
