Mercer Transportation left hundreds of us drivers stranded.

Some start celebrating the New Year earlier than others. Easy! Those whiskey dents don't go away as quick as they did when you were young.

 

Why are you holding a grudge over something that happened 2 years ago? Just find another company & move on....

Does that mean I can gloat 7 say I'm better then thou? After all, I did lease on immediatly after this happened. And they called me!

 

And I'm waiting for that. I won't be surprised if/when it happens. Plus since it is my truck & trailer, I won't be stranded anywhere. I keep plenty of money for fuel & have already deadheaded across this country when I said I'm going home!

 

The phrases "Left stranded" and "Left with nothing" have come up. How was this done? Did they shut off fuel cards? Did they not pay you what money they owed you? Isnt that one of the chances that owner operators and company drivers take everyday? I am not guaranteed that I will never lose my job. Companies downsize and close. Some do it Arrow style and others say "On such and such a day we will cease operations". It sucks but, it is a fact of life.

 

WTF? how can any company tell you "if it aint here it's stolen" if you didn't steal it,then it aint stolen,I don't give a F@%$ where it's at. and BTW if you report a trailer under me stolen, that's a false report and that would be more of a crime.......
