Landstar Satellite Tracking Drivers!!!!

I dunno if this is relevant to the current slap fight, but there is a town, Claycomo, Mo, where if you do dare to drive through with your stereo up loud enough for one of the illustrious local cops can hear it, they will stop you and yank your speakers out. You will not get them back.

 

I guess the cops haven't had to pay for someone's speakers yet. Some cops think they are god....

I don't agree with the loud music though. Especially the boom boom stuff.

 

I don't like the mindless rap versions, but there's a lot of stuff with some good bass in it. Country, metal, even classical stuff. I had a kill switch on the dash to cut power to the amp for more populated areas.

 

I don't listen to music loud when I'm around a bunch of traffic or even at a light. I've worked so many years in a machine shop, that I have to have the volume up louder than most people, but I don't blare it through town..

I see kids doing that, and I don't want to act like a kid...

 

you guys don't really get it. It is arbitrary..... 95% of fatalities on the road DO NOT involve big truck and of those that do only 10% are found to be drivers fault..... So enough with the legal bull crap and regulations on us. The different speed limits on us? because we have a longer stopping distance, with that logic a yukon should have different speed limit than a ferrarri... makes no sense.. you are being prosicuted because something might happen not that you have done anything wrong or harmed anyone.. What happened to FREEDOM and personal responsibility,,,

What Amendment gives you the "right" to a drivers license? High school diploma? College degree? Your talking out the wrong hole~ AGAIN.
