I beg to differ. I had a couple different procedures there and they took very good care of me.

Im talking minor surgery too. Dr. A tested and later removed a cancerous spot from my shoulder. Nurse assisted and helped distract my attention as I have a penchant for passing out if Im left to my own thoughts.

I get lightheaded even if someone is even talking at any length to me about blood or procedures... things of that nature. I used to think it was just seeing blood, taking blood, or getting a shot until a neighboor was talking about his cancer treatment and how he had to have a "port" etc... I started seeing spots and had to sit down.

Anyway... I know the one nurse can rub people the wrong way, but she has been there longer than any of them and think about the fact she deals with every single trucker that comes through orientation...

She is actually a sweetheart when you get to know her and has gone out of her way to answer any questions for me when the Doc isnt around.

Final note, the UA procedure problem was at driver lineup, where the "non-medical" desk jocky's conduct the randoms as the trucks come and go from the terminal.

    orion3814 Thanks this.

Pretty sure it's the same people in there as it was when it was Concentra. Just a different name on the door.

It used to be Concentra... They got kicked to the curb... kept the nurse and got a new Dr.

Im not sure, but I wouldnt be suprised if Prime owned Orion or a piece of it.

Dr. A. was there with Concentra. I have a Concentra physical form with his signature on it. He started there when the old doctor left to go work in a hospital about 6 month before the change.

In a CDC field-test survey of 64 laboratories, those using the SYVA system for urine screening for cannabinoids had an incidence of 4% false-positive results ; whether these errors were analytical or clerical in nature was not determined. The manufacturer states that any positive test result should be confirmed by an alternative method.

    http://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/preview/mmwrhtml/00000138.htm

After reading the discussion I was prompted to find out the error rate of false positives. the CDC confirmed that 4 out of 100 test had bum screens.

I read somewhere Cannibis Delta 9 -THC can stay in the fat cells over 2-3 months in heavy smokers after they stop, because is not water soluble.

One in four being incorrect is a sad thought, you are right though....if it comes up positive (and you know your innocent) you should pay the 200 and have it tested further.
At this point I still don't know if the urine used in this test was mine, so not sure it would have done me any good there. But since learning from this incident, I have had no problems and would never let this happen again! Know your collection procedure, if that is done correctly and a positive comes back on you pay the money to have it tested further. Trust me on this.

    Stay safe out there
