Hey Schumd- Enjoying your posts. Do you know anything about the flatbed drivers over here on the east coast? Do they basically do the same as you, home time, do all of the Swifts yards do flatbed or just a select few? Thanks for your time.

 

Thanks for the great pictures. Stay warm out there. Is it just my observation or do former military guys gravitate to Flatbedding? Must be something about keeping things dress right dress, nothing on the road looks worse(and is probaly as unsafe) as a sloppy flatbed load securement.

 

stupid question here.

if you drop a loaded trailer, you obviously need to leave it tarped and strapped.

Do you ever loose stuff to a fellow flatbedder that way?

 

Hey schmud, good to see another Swift flatbedder around. I landed here thanks to a Google link Maybe see you on the road sometime - I run the Weyerhauser dedicated account usually....though lately I've been seeing a lot of oddball steel loads.
