    Why do smokers get so defensive? I am a smoker myself and I refuse to smoke in a truck or my home. Yes I do smoke, but it stinks and I am working on quitting (e cig in the mail, doesn't have a smell besides the flavor you are vapeing) but out of respect to people who are non smokers I remove myself from the group of nonsmokers. Instead of jumping down his/her throat why not respectfully read the thread and move on without replying? Us smokers are becoming the minority like it or not. Pretty soon its going to be too expensive and socially unexceptable to smoke. I'm not here to tell anyone what to do but why not at least try? Also, how many of you are obese? I'm sick of being unable to afford health insurance due to rising cost because of smoking and obesity. Sorry to go on an off topic rant. To answer the OP's question; when I was going to work for werner, they asked me if I wanted a smoking or non smoking truck. I believe a lot of companies are going to start offering non smokers an option. Sorry if I stepped on anyones toes but nobody had to get so worked up including the OP, he/she did not have to go on a rant saying all smokers are stinky, etc. Bottom line is the question and replies could have been handled in a more civilized manner. Aren't we suppose to change the way people view truckers?
