I got back to the terminal at about 5:45am this morning, hooked to my trailer and found two lights out! both were more then just bulbs they had to be removed and rewired to get them working ended up costing $137+ for a couple of lights!

Anyway then I drove here to Hamburg, PA. I'm about 5 hours from the 1st stop...

I just did my little thing with firgureing time and mileage between stops....

I have a stop in DOWNTOWN Boston!!!!!!!!! I grew up just outside boston and I dont even like walking around there never mind trying to figure out how to get a truck in there....

As far as the foot goes the bruiseing looks the same, and its starting to hurt a little bit, I'll get it looked at when I can, I should be parked by 2pm tomorrow so I'll whats around if not then I'll do it after this load. I would rather find out I cant drive AFTER I finish this as Im sure there arnt any other drivers in MA and certianly none that would want this load.....Worst case I know I'll get sent right back to conover after this and theres an Urgent Care right across the street from my apt

I doubt they'd fire me, when I talked to Saftey in Missoula, he asked how my foot was and what happened and that was it.....I was expecting to be told I had to go straight to a doctor like my last employer would have...

I didnt file anything I just told them what happened, I have no idea how workmans comp works I've always either fixed it myself or had my insurance take care of it, my last employers insurance covered 100% of everything with No co-pays.

If they follow standard procedure, then they probably filled out an accident report about it to have on file just in case something does come of it. That's usually what is done. Been there on minor injuries a couple of times myself.

I'm glad you've adopted a more "open" attitude about the foot buddy.

Lilbit is right in that they now have the incident on file so "should" the need arise, WC will cover it. You won't have to worry about doing anything more than providing any info requested. WS, the docs and WC will take care of it.

Sorry if I seem to be "fathering" you on this but actually, you're the same age as my youngest son so......I guess I am a little...[IMG]....LOL

You've got such a great start in trucking and a really great attitude. I'd just hate to see anything get in your way that could have been so easily taken care of. [IMG]
