Truck sinking in the yard solution might be to put down some wheel mats.

Well I dont know if that will work ground is a lot softer than I though. I am planning on digging up about 8-10 inches of dirt and replacing it with crush runner. It really sunk had to dig around the bumper to keep from busting it

Dont pay some company to do it its simple and easy

And the folks that was calling was not FMCSA it was the one trying to get me to let them do my BOC-3 for anywhere between $75-$100 I think I made one of them mad when I ask why in the ____ would I pay you and OOIDA will do it free but they was trying to be pushy like they could get me approved faster

Have you started to get the tool salesmen yet? You're probably not dumb enough to listen to their whole 15 minute pitch like I was-definitely a waste of time, just hang up.

In case anyone wonders, OOIDA's BOC3 filing is basically instantaneous. There's no way that anyone could do it faster.

Keep them updates coming. Thanks for the ones you have already posted. I am considering doing this myself.

Your MC doesn't have to be active to get KYU or NM, you just have to use your DOT#. I'm not sure about NY. NM you can apply online, and they charge $5.50, IIRC, and it's pretty much instant. KYU you can mail in the application to them for free, they say they'll have it to you in 14 days, but hinted that it was usually much faster. I ended up paying a service to get my KYU immediately, because I had to go through there right away and didn't want to get caught without it. All that to say, I'd go ahead and apply for your KYU so you'll have it when you're ready to roll.
