I am out of IL and just came from the Mid West Truck show in Peoria. Great presentation from IL State Police. He mentioned this, pointing out farmers. And I know this from being in farming. The farming community has been resisting any and all regulations, including putting lables on the truck. So it was one of several BIG deals in Springfield and they raised the fine.
It is not like the farmers don't save plenty of money by being exempt from workers comp, not having to pay overtime and exempt from OSHA that they can't afford the lables.HaulnHorses and Lilbit Thank this.
