I've never driven a Cascadia, but always wanted to because of the amount of room to live in, the ride, and the quiet interior. But I sure as hell don't want to deal with the issues I've heard reported about them.

The feds are still working on an EOBR mandate and taking comments from the industry and public. It seems to be a foregone conclusion at this point, but implementation may still be a ways off. I'm with you though, I hope they come to their senses and stop with the ever more burdensome regulations.

Would be nice, but there are a couple problems with your scenario right off the bat:

    1. "Government coming to their senses". Seriously? Did you seriously suggest that?

    2. "Stop with the ever more burdensome regulations".....

I do not understand why people work for a lease purchase company like john christner if it was'nt for the drivers that are willing to work for next to nothing wages john christner would be out of business and eventually he will go broke people like john christner only care about themselves and in the end john will pay dearly for his fraudulent actions amen.

Talk about left field, missing the point and anger management. As always, no details, throw a brick through a window and run.
I feel like I am in church, weird.

Hey all, I don't post much here anymore but always check in from time to time, I recently had the pleasure/displeasure of meeting two of our former drivers in two days time. The first was very nice, just walked over and asked if I'd like some of his JCT supplies and explained why he had moved on to DART, said he luved working for JCT but the truck he ended up with was a maintenance nightmare and he had alot of overhead (personal bills that drove him under), very pleasant fellow !
Next day I'm fueling at a Loves in TN and this guy just makes a bee line right for me with his fists clenched screaming at me if I know Holly( from recruiting ), I said yes, why and then the threats started about her and John getting theirs! What the hell!!! Don't hate me, hate the game! Just from his actions I can see why hes not with us! Another driver from another company actually stepped in and asked if I needed a hand and the guy took off. I guess the moral is we all work together as a team for the team, mostly everything is great, but sometimes you have to take one for the team and deal with it! Just my .02 cents

    Alanp613 and Haystak Thank this.
