:) If it is so important to hear these false details , ok... there are three incidents one involving a deer and one involving a bird and my mirror, then another involving my parked tractor front end and the rear side of a backing Swift trailer. All of which Celadon considered incidents that were point worthy. They dont go into detail on the report. They just give location of incident and list it as incident and report that I was terminated for bad driving record. I was never terminated by them for any reason. I ended my own employment.:biggrin_2557:

:) You company office personel are something else. Read first then post. I have already stated that I have never abandoned any equipment at Celadon or any where for that matter. I turned in every thing to the operation mngr on duty for the week end. Truckers only. Recruiters , dispatchers and company office personel need not apply. When you assume you make an ##### out of you and me. Go back to harassing the drivers of your own company, leave the rest of us out of it.:biggrin_255:

"The trucking industry as a whole is pretty heartless , just to sum things up in one quick generalization. However some companies are worse than others. At this point ive driven professionally for over 15 years. In that time ive driven for over 10 trucking companies. The reasons for leaving them ranged from unsatisfied with equipment , or pay , and sometimes the way they run things. This is AMERICA , we should have the freedom to work or not work for whatever reason we want. Which brings me to the place I am now. Unemployeed and unhireable. Why...? All because I chose not to work for a particular company. They have placed untrue information on my records and it has braught my career to an end. I say this not for pity , but to warn others of this potential hazard . Save your career ; never work for CELADON TRUCKING SERVICES."

Are these "incidents" reported on your dac or your employment history?
These are the incidents that everyone has been trying to get out of you, so they could get a better understanding of WHY Celadon is a bad company to work for. However, these INCIDENTS dont justify CELADON being a bad company. As far as you not being hired by another company might be because of those "INCIDENTS", if you quit, thats one thing, if they fired you, thats different. I bid you good luck in your future endeavors!

First of all you won't get points on csa for hitting a deer nor will you get points for someone backing into you. That is so much hot air! The points come from dot recordable accidents i.e highway accidents not parking lot incidents. Sounds like to accident prone & company just got tired of it.

i really hope this guy is just internet trolling because if he is not I seriously worry about the sorts they let drive trucks these days. These posts are just not overflowing with intelligence. Seems very troll worth to me. I say dont feed the troll.

Maybe he is having issues distinguishing between 18 Wheels of Steel (the game) and real life? :biggrin_2559:
