Back when I was in school, they were required to teach at the level of the slowest person in the class.

Thankfully, there were higher level classes available that were options above the regular ones.

and i do agree, the over spending and corruption is just a part of the problem. much like say for example, a poorly taken care of lawn. weeds show up, bad grass, dead grass, but its just a symptom of hte real problem which would be ME the terrible grass taker carer.. of? does that make sense? i dont know. but the reform needs to begin on a local level. we cant fix a country from the white house we need to do it in the local towns and it starts with these town workers making way more then private sector guys that are barely hanging on to their houses and things...

The big oil companies do pay taxes. They pay taxes and fees that most other industries do not have to pay.

I really do not believe that our founding fathers thought that the representatvies in the government at any level were to be full time positions.

i dont even remember that much cuz in 5th grade they sent me to the behavoir class's. reason being i tried to skip out of detention. i dont remember how it happened but the incident ended in me whipping the school super intended in the face with a keychain and a police officer that was the D.A.R.E officer. from that point in 7th grade we moved, once again thrown out of regular class's, in 8th grade went to a vocational school, got kicked out, 9th grade i was expelled and put into a reform type school, 10th grade dropped out. 20 years old bought a house. you tell me these little sissy ### silver spoon babies cant make it in life and have them come talk to me. ha!

exxon mobil along with a lot of other cooperations have address's in the caymen islands and therefor do not pay federal tax's. they also have their lawyers find loopholes to avoid paying as much as possible.

When I was in school they had the course material, and everyone had the same stuff. If you failed, you repeated the class. That simple. There were not classes full of 'Challenged' students either. There were a few legitimately disabled students (down's syndrome and other true handicaps), and there were a few that did get extra help, but the majority of the class worked the same material.

i dont think the founders realized what this country would achieve. in todays society i do believe we need full time people, but i also think we need to quit paying people the way we do. i think if you wanna be on a government program welfare food stamps whatever you need to work for the town to earn it. lots of wasteful spending. when the inevitable happens, if we happen to pull threw and not be taken over by the communists or whoever, we can rebuild and we have the framework the founders left to do it with and we can regain our composure as a nation.
