Until the carriers get things figured out. The one's nearing an intervention are going to be hard on this.

It greatly depends on your companies safety rating. The main reason my wife and I were suspended is because Butlers safety rating is so bad. If they had a good rating they could have kept us on. It would have been up to them though. What I've been saying all along is the CSA is causing companies to take actions against a driver they may not have before CSA. The CSA will be putting a lot of drivers out of work. If you are a driver that is always getting a violation of some kind not only will the company you drive for fire you no other company will hire you. In effect the CSA will end your driving career! I think though if you are a unsafe driver you need to be taken off the road. But the CSA is taking safe drivers that commit a violation ( we all have at one time or another) no matter how small off the road. For example, If you get a couple of warnings for speeding. Not citations just warnings you will have a history of speeding on your PSP. What it all boils down to is, if you want to drive a truck you will have to always watch your P's and Q's and make sure you do everything right and never ever do anything wrong. If you do something wrong hope and pray you don't get caught!

I tried to look that one up? Not listed on http://safer.fmcsa.dot.gov/CompanySnapshot.aspx if I had a DOT or MC/MX number I could try again.

Rerun appears to be one of those "letter of the law guys". Kinda makes me wish I was an officer. That way when I caught you goin 1mph over the limit I could put csa points on ya..rail you for everything you ever owned and ship you to siberia....after all you did BREAK the LAW. Believe the letter of the law is best?? I refer you to the case of ryan moatz (spelling)...officer was terminated...google it if you are unfamiliar.
