yes, he did, and i too had told him so.....

but then he started ragging on the cop that gave him the ticket and felt the cop should have "given him some slack"...which now goes to, trying to pass off the responsibility aspect....on the one hand, he accepts it, then he does a "180" and tries to pas it off on the cop doing his job....question, "did you care to read fro, posting number ONE all the way till you responded...?? if you didn't, then you cannot comment on anything without prior knowledge....just a thought...

Rerun8963, I did accept the responsibility for my actions and I do understand a cop has a job to do. A cop also has the discretion to write a ticket or not write one. Is it wrong of me to think he could have wrote one ticket in stead of two? No the cop didn't owe me anything but when a cop writes multiple tickets when only one was necessary it moves from keeping the highways safe to making money for the state.

yeah, i have always thanked you for accepting responsibility, you now that..however, can you realistically PROVE he was just finding ways to get money for the state, or really finding something WRONG in what you had done...???

whatever, you claim to have a new job lined up, and we have mentioned it was another company probably near the approach of an intervention.....keep your self in line (i'm sure you will) and do the best you can.

    good luck, g'bye

Rerun8963, Thank You those were the nicest words you said to me!! :) As far as proof goes. No I can not and I never tried to prove it. I only voiced my opinion. But opinions are like butt holes, everybody has one.

So if a someone is speeding, running in an out of compliance manner on his wifes log( which by the way the officer was there and could judge just how "deathly ill" she was or wasn't), and should have been placed OOS on both for log book falsification the officer should be nice?????????

No! He should have written you every ticket he did. He should have written you wife one for falsification as well. By your own admission she was aware you were driving on her book. He should have escorted you to a safe location and placed both of you OOS with citations.

All you people that start your story with "Well it was just a liittle bit wrong" are the #### reason for CSA2010. It is designed to remove those that bend the rules just a little a lot of time!

Add tazz to the list of people I would LOVE to roast for doing ANYTHING remotely out of line. If I was a scalemaster and I caught him 50 pounds overweight I would strip his license, give him a $50000 fine and ship him to deathvalley. After all.....you broke the law.
