Good point Lilbit. He did mention Werner, twice in his post. Which led me to believe he was working for Werner. However, I went back and re-read his post. He did not say he was working for them, he just talked about them. I don't know who he was working for.

Perhaps you would like to clarify here giddyup?

    Lilbit Thanks this.

E-logs cannot be changed. My hubby started with Werner, and they are e-log. He's not running with someone that has e-logs anymore. He doesn't like the electronic leash!

    Wargames Thanks this.

Well, yes . . . but we should probably try to NOT hijack this thread that way. At least not yet!:biggrin_2559:

:biggrin_25516:And they call it "TRUCKING". Nobody who really understands the business told you it would be easy. :biggrin_2559:
This job has always been tough, and always will be. There will always be those drivers who out-right lie on their comic books, and there will always be new drivers who think that you have to do everything by the book. You have to learn to find a middle ground. It ain't easy.:biggrin_25513:

I shortened your post up to reply to just the above.
RE; being a "snitch" that's for the play ground and your not a kid anymore are you? It seems he was pushing you to hard, a good trainer can push BUT needs to know the students limits! ( and be awake) Some here will say you gotta push a trainee, WHY? To make more $$ for the trainer thats why.

I've been there in your shoes and walked away from the truck and trucking for a couple of years but I'm back. I now work for a good Co. that sent me out with a real trainer (he was more interested in TEACHING & SAFETY then $$) I make good money and run LEGAL
So don't let all the nay sayers get ya down.
It was not only your life you're risking but the moron trainer AND EVERYONE ELSE ON THE ROAD! YOU DID THE RIGHT THING

disorder, Mattkujata, RJ33RD and 2 others Thank this.

maxi is right--do what you got to do to get thru training--then you run how you want
running legal is so much easier on you--less fatiguing and a heck of a lot less complicated on the log book

    NWMAXI Thanks this.
