What were the 3 'small' incidents? If it's inaccurate info on the DAC, it is easy to get off.

If you discover inaccurate information, file a rebuttal immediately. The employer must then PROVE that their claims are true. If they cannot, or they fail to respond, then the information must be removed.
This method is free, and takes no more or less time than paying others to do it for you.
Good luck.Dryver Thanks this. -
Don't like Marten? Don't work for them.

I missread a sign and I tried to turn around and I scratched and put a small hole in the trl and they put on my dac that I ran into a bldg, the second they said I ran into a tree and a light pole but I got stuck and in order for me to get out, I let the truck roll back instead of dealing with the dumb A's called road service, the last one was I was at a shipper and it was snowing hard and it was dark and the latch to keep the door open came off the latch and the door caught something and they put on my dac that I damaged the property at the shipper, but my point is I should of got a warning, I didnt get any of that so how was I to know that they put it on my record, I talked to safety whn I got into my incidents and they said that if it goes on my record they will send something over my qualcomm, and they never did.

Too true, I read a lot of complaining about DAC reporting. Its not a dark science, if it isn't true then it is real easy to fight it and remove it. -

No they were wrong, what they put on my dac made it sound worse than it really was, any other truck company would of gave me a warning and not lie to me about sending it over the qualcomm. I already called dacfix to dispute my record cause you only get one chance to dispute it and more than likely they are going to take the trucking companys side, I feel better knowing that professionals are handling it.

Charging drivers to be on forced perdeim. Taking away the $50.00 per day missed home time pay.
Losing lots of sr. drivers do to forcing them into doing short loads, rail loads, regioanl work, thus they are replaced with the lower paid new hires. -
