What were the 3 'small' incidents? If it's inaccurate info on the DAC, it is easy to get off.

You do not need DACFix to correct inaccurate information on your USIS/DAC report. If you have been denied employment within the last 30 days due to information on said report, request a copy immediately (same rules as when you are harmed by information on your credit reports). You may also obtain an annual report of all information available to employers once every 12 months (highly recommended).

If you discover inaccurate information, file a rebuttal immediately. The employer must then PROVE that their claims are true. If they cannot, or they fail to respond, then the information must be removed.

This method is free, and takes no more or less time than paying others to do it for you.

    Good luck.

I missread a sign and I tried to turn around and I scratched and put a small hole in the trl and they put on my dac that I ran into a bldg, the second they said I ran into a tree and a light pole but I got stuck and in order for me to get out, I let the truck roll back instead of dealing with the dumb A's called road service, the last one was I was at a shipper and it was snowing hard and it was dark and the latch to keep the door open came off the latch and the door caught something and they put on my dac that I damaged the property at the shipper, but my point is I should of got a warning, I didnt get any of that so how was I to know that they put it on my record, I talked to safety whn I got into my incidents and they said that if it goes on my record they will send something over my qualcomm, and they never did.

Too true, I read a lot of complaining about DAC reporting. Its not a dark science, if it isn't true then it is real easy to fight it and remove it.

Hi Zman, well it appears you were a little wrong in what you said as it does appear that these were avoidable and your fault. Only damaging the truck or trailer is different than damaging other peoples property with the truck or trailer. In most cases any trucking company will report this on a DAC not just Marten. Good luck, do the write in thing to challenge the DAC reporting, who knows maybe Marten will fail to respond.

No they were wrong, what they put on my dac made it sound worse than it really was, any other truck company would of gave me a warning and not lie to me about sending it over the qualcomm. I already called dacfix to dispute my record cause you only get one chance to dispute it and more than likely they are going to take the trucking companys side, I feel better knowing that professionals are handling it.

only because they are putting 90% of the west coast loads on the train.
Charging drivers to be on forced perdeim. Taking away the $50.00 per day missed home time pay.
Losing lots of sr. drivers do to forcing them into doing short loads, rail loads, regioanl work, thus they are replaced with the lower paid new hires.

How can you say you are not wrong? You state that you hit a pole near a a building , how is that not your fault?? I guess you would say the pole was at fault because of it being there right?? Come on! You were driving the vehicle so own up to it! You are trying to make it sound like it was nothing. Well an accident is an accident any way you look at it.
