It would be Springfield, although for an experienced driver they usually try to route you through the house right after you get in your truck.

They're doing Internationals (not Prostars,) Pete 386s (pretty sure on that) and FL Columbias. One bunk, and they don't have the storage cabinets that the condos do. No passenger seat (they're for solos anyway,) but I understand that's a great place for a fridge. One fuel tank - so you get more shower credits.

I've seen US Express and a couple of other outfits starting to go this way as well, so its not just Prime.

Come to think of it, it's the only truck terminal that I've been to that has exercise equipment, a basketball court, and a cafeteria. I don't know about those L/O payments going towards the funds though. That would be unfortunate if that were half-true.

The leases are straight-forward - just like when you go down to Ford to lease that Mustang. Its on a 3-year note, so there's a higher interest rate than what most folks pay on their "solid used trucks" financed on a 5-year note - consequently a higher payment.

Lease payments go to the leasing company (a separate entity from Prime) - the Millenium building was financed off of freight revenue.

Oh but im sure it is....if prime didn't make money off it they wouldn't be doing it. Why do you think so many companies have L/O programs, it's sure not to just be nice and "help" people start their own business.
