If a good lawyer see's what happened he/she would be willing to start the paperwork. I feel for the family that lost loved ones, but he was drunk and took 5 trucks from a driver defending his case. If people can retire because they was stupid enough to spill hot coffee on themselves from Mickey D's then this driver has a chance. He proved he was innocent. Why not go get back what he lost? -
