Aw, geez, sorry if that was rough. It's a public forum, so when you post up your story, be ready for all kinds of responses.
Yeah, I drove at a school for a while, but left to check out some other possibilities. My permit is good for a while yet, but the longer I wait, the less I'm inclined to go back to it, as I don't think it's my kind of deal. I think I've found a better deal that will require more extensive schooling, but will provide a better long-term career.
From reading your posts, I don't see where you're taking much responsibility for your mistakes, and I think that attitude will kill any chances you have left. It's a tough business, and maybe you should think about advice from some of the experienced drivers that are telling you to think about your alternatives.
Good luck! -
Some people just can't handle the truth.

as for the labor board, they can only pretty much enforce a minimum wage standard, they cannot make a company pay. you DID sign papers when you got hired on, right..?? maybe you ought to go and read them again.
those "few mistakes" you made were your fault, you have NO EXCUSE..as a new driver, this goes to show the company you DID NOT pay attention to your learning....
sure you drove a "regular vehicle" for X number of years, but it WAS NOT a commercial motor vehicle now was it...???
you are held to a higher standard now, even as a new driver.....your license (on the top) reads, "Commercial Driver's License".....this means PROFESSIONAL......not "regular"....
and this IS an OPEN forum, you started a thread, others WILL RESPOND..to tell someone to "####" shows us you cannot handle not only THIS site, but the job of driving....you "crack" too easily..
momma got's to hold another one's hand again......Last edited: Mar 22, 2011
