Did they offer a salary or just straight part-time?

Just any general information really. What they're like to work for, how's the pay, that sort of thing. The ad I'm looking at seems to imply daily runs to Ohio, PA, etc and home in the evening. Off weekends. This is really the kind of job I'm looking for. I'm done with OTR as I have lost all interest in being away from home all the time. Part time might be okay if the money is right. On the other hand, I really hate going to Fieldbrook. I smell ammonia for days after going in there.

Pay and hometime are by account. Each is different. If they do run overnight, then it will be out and back. I run overnight in a daycab. One night out. We have three sleepers, each are gone one-two nights. Weekends off, yup, most of the accounts are, but we do run trucks seven days a week.

What are they like to work for? Been here seven years but did leave once for a few months, bad move. Came back and plan on retireing from here. Every company has problems, none are perfect. AIM does promote from within, stay long enough and you can move into a office postion, be it with your account or main office or another account. My goal is to move into safety(God help us all:biggrin_2559:). Speaking of safety, the big guy in Girard is very anal about are score. 100% legal logs.
All expenses are paid, no out of pocket expenses. Most accounts that run toll roads have ez-pass. Fuel is either at Pacific Pride or they give you a comdata card(I have both). If you have comdata, you can fuel where you like. You can also fuel at some AIM locations. Maintance is a priority.
Benifits are real good and very good price.

    Any other questions, just ask.
