In order to average 69mph a truck would have to be seriously hauling.... butt. Unless it's an empty truck, even still I really doubt this figure to be feasible.

Okay, do you believe PC Miler? As allot of companies use that for planning?

PC Miler shows 45:34 hours of drive time. And puts the miles up to 2815 from 2777

    Summary:
    Miles: 2815.6 Time: 45:34

    Practical Route, Borders Open

Streets & trips does it with average speed & 10 hours off. :yes2557:

Oh, PC Miler? The one the companies use to screw you out of the actual mileage that you have to drive to get there? The same one they use to set appointments for you that are impossible to keep?

    Oh yeah, OK. . .

Now you know that, that depends on the settings they use.:biggrin_2559: Now as I am a driver, what way do you think I have it set?:biggrin_255:
Practical road setting & the speed is for everywhere. The proof is below.

Math is a wonderful thing. It allows dispatchers to schedule everything for you. LOL

That being said, sure, he could do the run. Not even close to legal, of course, but yeah, he could do it. I've done runs like that too. HOWEVER, I'm not stupid enough to go telling a bunch of people what run I did, NOR am I proud of doing it. I've learned since then.

So, in conclusion, I concede that it could be done. However, I must say he's a moron for doing it, and bragging about it.

So, you as a driver don't use math to figure out weather or not you can do the trip? What do you think is illegal about this trip as its shown?

Friday to Sunday allows, at most, 33 hours of driving(11hrs/day). He loaded Friday, and delivered Sunday afternoon, meaning less than 33 hours of drive time. It's a good 40hrs to drive there without stops. So, how do you propose to do it legally?

Also, math is finite. Reality is just that, reality.

AS IT IS SHOWN, it may be perfectly legal. However, "as it is shown" and "what the real world is like" is seldom the same thing. If you don't have ANY variables in there for road construction, traffic jams, weather, brake down or that sudden onset of diarrhea that keeps the driver a little longer than planned. . .

As a driver with 21 years claimed experience, I am surprised you are even arguing this.

Sure it CAN be done. But I do not believe it CAN BE DONE LEGALLY AND CONSISTENTLY. Too many variables in life. . .

I never said it was done legally & I don't think the driver ever said it was done legally. and nobody ever said that it was only 11 hours driven every day. There is 24 hours in a day, 11 driving + 10 sleep = 21 hours, there is still 3 hours left to drive that day. So over 3 days + 3 hours more each day = 9 more hours added to to your 33 hours = 39 hours is only 1 hour short of the 40 you say would be required. In my previous post PC Miler shows 45:34 and did it legally. And Streets & trips has it at 3 days & 7 hours .
