OK ###### y'all gonna KEEP THIS UP--the OP talked about this driver claiming he did it legal--back in the day! So to me back in the day is probably much longer ago than some of y'all are considering--AND 1974-1986 NATIONAL SPEED LIMIT=55MPH--and was alot later until many states raised it--and even longer before the Western States got to 75.
Of course the People's Republic of California still is--so do all y'alls fancy PC miler math and the rest of that hooey--logging @50MPH--because if you wanna get gosh darn technical--any portion of a trip logged more than 5MPH under the posted speed limit--can give you issues during an inspection/audit(try getting DOT in Cal--and logging 55--see how that works for you@Banning)--and I won't even talk about it probably was when gross weights were 73,280 and he was 80k--and what it takes/took to pull that off--and no I'm explaining how it's done!
But y'all started this and REFUSED TO LET IT DIE--so bust out them calculater thingies and all your GPS's and PC THingamjigs and commence to arguing all over again!
    LMAO!!!

If a fit of almost hysterical laughter can bring on a coronary--well then I guess I'm having one--just thought it would be fun to see what I could stir up--while I am patiently out back--sacrificing pig parts to the KINGSFORD GODS!
    LMAO
