When I was in only the CH47s had it. UH-1's,60's and AH1's ddn't have it. I can't speak to the 64 as we just got them in when I was on my way out and I never got in one. I know the early models didn't when I was on the chase team for em. Of course the 47 also had refigerator's when they deployed to the field. One CE even had a space heater when it was cold. LOL:biggrin_2559:

Some of them were junkers but alot of them were decent vehicles. I worked at a dealership so I would buy trade ins at cost, work on them a little and re-sale them. I got burned a couple times and lost money so I just quit doing that.

Thats like posting you had a new car every month to get the :biggrin_25524: effect , then later telling you were a car salesman.

I owned them, I worked as maintenance at the dealership. I only ever sold cars that I owned, I would drive them for awhile until I sold them also. It wasn't like I was selling cars everyday I would buy one, do a little maintenance, drive it for awhile, then put it up for sale.

He did not say you were a CAR SALESMAN , see now why you get pegged as the typical 20 something like the rest.

I'm confused. Oh well. If I had to do it again, I wouldn't have done it. I lost money on a couple of vehicles, and ended up wishing I would've bought a decent truck and just paid it off...live and learn I guess.

This got me thinking. What do fighter pilots do if they have to go?

Exactly, as I just started reading this thread this is by far the best statement so soon in the thread

I think I'll keep reading...this could get good. I do have to say as newbie, I was a newbie 25 yrs ago when I started my Electrical career, I had all the "old guys" take me under their wing and teach me all they could, guess what with my positive attitude and my willingness to learn and keep my mouth shut I became one of the best.

lesson from an old guy newbie (coined a new phrase) to young newbies God gave you 2 ears and one mouth so you can listen twice as much as you talk! and to the old guys oldies teach us but don't ridicule us.

    time to read some more....

    "New" does not equal young.
Just because someone is a "new" driver doesn't mean they don't know how to be courteous.
Disrespect isn't limited to this profession. Jerks is everywhere...........
