    Why would anyone want to drive for them. When I drove for stevens, the trainer just road in the back getting drunk telling me I was a *****. he was getting 41cmp pissing and moaning the whole time.

    LazyA, really? Your experience may have sucked but you are full of crap. Why not report it and get off the truck at the next truck stop? Or stop at a scale when he was 'in the back getting drunk' and get the truck shut down? Ever considered a second career as a writer, fiction is right up your ally.

    sorry that wasn't true but, he was a butthead. I can't see doing 9 weeks with another butthead. I had to answer a questionnaire after driving with this butthead. I basically left it blank and ask why would Stevens continue using this person. I liked working for Stevens as soon as I got my own truck.

    Why leave it blank? Why not fill it in so they know whats going on? I filled mine out accurately.

    What I wrote was "There is no point in writing anything because obviously no one reads these". Never heard anything from anyone. I ran into several other people that had "trained" with him they couldn't believe he was still allowed to train people. The only upside was that I did a split training session 2.5 weeks with him and 2.5 weeks with a really good guy. The second trainer even commented I should be further along. With the first trainer I never bumped a dock, I was just the relief steering wheel holder.

    I filled out my form and I had a major, major problem with my first trainer (out of 3 total). Not only did they call me to verify what I had written down was true, but Cheney also contacted me to get the scoop. He subsequently took care of that trainer.

    If the experience was that bad and you care enough to ##### about it here, then you should contact Cheney and tell him what happened. Nothing may happen, but at least you said something.
