According to the Canada web site, they consider 1 DUI after 10yrs rehabilitated.
They do NOT consider 2 DUIs.

In other words, do not attempt CMV operation into Canada if you have EVER had 2 or more DUIs in your lifetime..
...the fact that it has been 10 or even 20yrs ago doesn't matter.
Canada has much better laws than we do for DWI.

PS. This is one reason Roehl won't consider a driver that has EVER had 2 or more DUIs in their life...they run into Canada.

 

and if you go into canada---do not bring beer into the country
it is really frowned upon, as we have much better beer--tasty beer--#### good beer--not the yellow near beer stuff
