Lessors inc beware

I'm not in Larry's preferred fleet. As a matter of fact, I can't stand Larry. He's about useless. The fact he remembers to breathe when he wakes up every morning astounds me. I'm out of Eagan. I can't stang going to Florida, nothing but #### rednecks down there. I'm just saying you gotta earn your place. And Dave and Brian K. are the people to talk to if you have a problem. Brian can seem a bit brash, but that's how he is sometimes. I've been here almost 4 years, and I've never had a problem. Florida on the other hand.....

 

Sounds like Lessors hires CRAP drivers more than anything. Definitely a lot of folks out there in trucks that don't belong there.

 

If they'd stop hiing some of these hillbilllies, it wouldn't be so bad. But some of the guys they hire....wow.

I worked for Lessors and only people that go west are the same ole guys out of Florida. As for the insurance you have to run 92529 every month to keep insurance or they take it away from you. To much sitting and no layover for it. I have now gone to a better company home every weekend if I wanna be but I prefer to work 2-3 weeks then go home. I was laid over cause I was broke down and they paid me$104. Dentention after three hours. So far, so good.

 

Name and hiring area if you got a good one!!! Please???

 

Whoever said that Lessors' Eagan Terminal is first class needs to be drug tested. Orientation is upstairs, with all the shop noise to distract you. They have no drivers room. One washing machine, one dryer, and the one shower is in the mens bathroom, which allows no privacy whatsoever. Entire terminal is closed at night, with one exception, the bathroom. I bet Shapiro doesn't live like this at home. shows exactly how much he cares about his drivers.

It's good that you are making it with Lessors. What about the people that are good drivers, make pickups and deliveries on time, manage their logbooks correctly, and are treated like crap? I got the 3rd degree from some little pip squeek named Gary in Florida, for something i did not do, and could prove i didn't do it. I've been driving for a long time, and only one other company is in the category with Lessors, and thats WSE. No class whatsoever with this company.

 

I don't have a problem with your views don't know where in the heck that came from but I have mine. I'm not gonna stay out there months at a time just to get insurance. Come on man tell me of another company that makes you run 9252 a month just to keep insurance and jerk it out from you if you don't. I have a life and a family and I'm not staying out here months at a time. I;m a good runner and I stay out three weeks at a time and heaven help you if you go to FL cuase you can't get out, as for the staff they were nice people I never said they weren't.\
