Yeah, I knew you wouldn't get it. That's why my post was "just for fun".

We need helicopters too. The liberals were going to replace them as they were falling out of the sky. But turns out they needed the money for Adscam and the golf course at Chicoutimi so that 'tit Jean would have a place to play with his balls.

Jumping in bed with the NDP is similar to buying a bucket of fried chicken, full of left wings and azzholes. :biggrin_2559:

With so much coastline, why are we spending money on things that don't float.

Submarines were a good idea, executed poorly. So very poorly.

I recall Harper campaigning on new boats for the defense of our arctic sovereignty, what happened to them.

And LTK, sorry I didn't get it. Subtleties of speech don't translate well into this medium.

They campaigned on that after the subs were purchased.

Icebreakers, subs and frigates instead of F35's. Not sure how you do your book keeping.

F35's are good because they can be used in land locked countries that have oil. Where after war there will need to be rebuilding contracts awarded to private corporations. Corporations that lobby the government to buy jets instead of ships like we really need.
