    Thanks for the quick reply!

    My school had a job fair yesterday and there was over 10 companies there and i had to leave before i could talk to the recruiter from watkins and shephard,so im online getting info on them before i call them monday.

    I live in georgia,
    where is there orientation and if accepted to go ,do they provide a bus or plane ticket or rental to get there.

    Ive been unemployed for two months so funds are scarce.

    I most likely will graduate this friday coming up,i have to retest at the dmv ,i passed my pretrip and yard test but failed my road test which was easy ,but i was nervous as hell and screwed up my shifting.

    Sure wish my school had a W/S come by but that's all good.

    I know how you feel about being nervous. I was as well and messed up by rubbing 2 curbs. I re-tested and passed, though I did miss some points. :biggrin_25523:

    How do you have time to do all the powt throw furniture to to tune of 10 stops in one day and 400 miles to boot? Man you are amazing, I like your work:biggrin_25523:
    I think iam about to get busy over here where I am now, I need to get some rest as I head back north in the morning after taking a 34 in MD rarther then down here in Tornado alley, I must have missed quite a show, I feel for those who lost all that they did, I'm doing well looking at another average week here, I have yet to touch one piece f freight:biggrin_25523: my name on my shirt says driver not loader,,,:biggrin_25513:

    Footwear's a good question. I'm a little curious myself. I have a pair of western style work boots that I hope will work. Can't afford a new pair of boots now!

    All of those will work, no open toes around on the docks and a couch on the toe is a aweie waiting to happen, I wear my tennie runners and they work fine. Take Care Be safe. TD24

    I had to wear my boots during my driving practice. It took me a little bit of adjustment to the different style of pedals, especially the throttle. Boots seemed to help rather well.
