    load came out to $2.40 a mile. but while loading the phone wouldnt stop ringing, got a load comeing out of ohio payiing $4.00 to pa???now the trick is getting something out of pa....looking for a military load we gets lots of them up there going south:biggrin_25525:...its looking like another good week $$$

    I'm so sad that I just now saw the updates and read that SP is gone. I know his wife and family will so greatly miss him, Dino and his wife as well. This is a loss to this forum and it's members. And I personally will miss this sweet man who was so very kind to me.

    I rejoice though that he is with the Lord, his pain is gone and I believe that all joy is his.

    Try and grab an oversize, like an amphibious vehicle. Should pay around $2.40 and they barely hang off the bed.

    $2.40/mi going about anywhere on open deck equipment out of Miami sounds good to me, let alone OH, although it's been years since I've been down there, maybe things have changed.

    had a nice chat with mrs sp this evening, time didnt work out for me to meet sp's sons.... but sp is at home , he was deliverd today.(.dont mean to make that sound bad) I asured mrs sp when i have more home time i will have the "In memory of" made at a graphics shop when i am home. when the final product is finished an they are placeing it on the nucluar banana....i will take pics an post them... she is sorting thru bills paperwork getting things in order....its just a shame a good man suffered due to the health care system

    So sorry to hear of SP's passing...

    We had a lot in common... old hands, black 379's and a love/hate relationship with this industry. The opinions voiced by SP in his posts on this forum should be read and taken to heart...they came from years of hands on experience and trial and error.

    When God finally calls me home I hope SP and I can sit down together at a truck stop lunch counter somewhere and shoot the breeze about long hoods, short skirts and diesel smoke....

    RIP...

    I know he was floating last night , due to the #### road was ruff as shyat.....but yah ..its comeing together....nothing happen over night, one has to work twards their goals.....iv been here 4 mths ...its about time i make some dam decent money lol...:biggrin_255:
