thats why its called training,if you do 14 mph over the speedlimit a few weeks into training i'd probably let you go to if you worked for me.

But I had a driver tell me that he was 1 over, and the legal bargained the ticket down.

went in and offered the fine payment and bargained it down to a parking ticket.

that would be much better on the dac or whatever report...

Even a company which is "just a training company" can #### up your DAC report enough to ruin your chances for future employment, though.

The ticket was written at 14 over, and reported to the people he needed to report it to. They know he was speeding. I don't know if he is fighting the citation or not, he didn't tell us that.

There are other threads on prepaid legal, but it wouldn't have helped in this particular case to not get terminated or at least hassled by the company. He was with a trainer, it was sure going to be reported by the trainer if the trainee didn't report it.

Termination by a training company without the required experience to get another job makes it even more difficult to succeed at driving truck.

And just where was this trainer while you were speeding???? Probably sleeping. That is not training that is team driving..

Next question where were you speeding # 14 over in a 65mph governed truck..
