I'm suddenly in the mood to pull out winter holiday decorations and start decorating the office building here at the Missoula terminal. It's been snowing here lately, and last night's low temperature was in the low 30's. Lookout Pass was completely blanketed in white the other day, but it was a good thing that the highway was plowed. Flathead Lake near Columbia Falls is absolutely beautiful. It's too bad that there really wasn't a place to park.

I heard a blizzard warning for the Montana/N. Dakota border region, OUCH!
I'm in Antioch, TN, thanx to AT waking me up so early I managed to get 4 of my 14 stops done today!...All were scheduled for Monday but these folks were at work and willing to take deliveries, great day!!!!!...I have first one on Monday rescheduled for 7am so I can get the rest done in one day, hopefully...JimDriv3r Thanks this. -
I'm not really in the mood to drive through snowy conditions in May, so I really don't mind that my truck is in the shop right now for preventative maintenance and other repair issues that I've noted to the shop mechanics. I'll probably be sitting for a while, but I really don't mind waiting right now. The weather has just been usual in many places this year. I especially feel really bad for the citizens in the southern states.
Mother Nature really needs to chill the hell out. With the many strong earthquakes that have occured the past year, the strong winds and tornadoes wreaking havoc across many states, and the spring winter storms that are still springing up, one has to wonder if this is a premonition of things to come in the future. Hopefully not, but the weather just seems like it's been really insane lately. -
