Well.................. back to regular schedule programming>>> >>......................................................................................................
The loonies have been far and between here the last few weeks. Just your run of the mill trucks and mostly decent driver's. A few that are suspended and and few log issues. I did have one fella that had a heck of a false log book. It seems he was inspected in another State, "forgot" to log that. I'm sorry he logged he was 4 States away at the time of that inpsection. Another day he had fueled in Georgia and Virginia, but was in New York the entire day according to his log. Basically hid a trip in his log.
Other than that not much else has been happening. A few out of service trucks each day for multiple items. As the weather gets warmer, the crazies tend to stagger out. So I imagine the tales are about to begin!![]()
Just some of the stupid things I see

silly question maybe or comment maybe....but how much time and effort does it take to falsify a log book ( I am not talking years and years ago) but today. With all the electronic surveillance like toll booths and fuel pumps etc. it just seems like ALOT of time to spend on making your log books LOOK good but seems like you risk so much.................... -

I spoke to soon. Got a guy today at 20 over the speed limit, no license, which was suspended. No tags, No IFTA and a warrant on top of it.

Thanks for catchin' this one! -
Thanks DB
I get that too- and I get why it's done..........just seems so time consuming to figure out what to write where and when!!!! -

Do guys that repeatly drive without a license end up doing jail time?? As it seems some guys will continue to drive even if they don't have a license. -
Just had one today driving while Suspended, (for failure to appear for a traffic ticket).
Quite a few go directly to Jail from here for outstanding warrants. They know they have tickets they have not taken care of, and some even know about the warrants. Some of those warrants are 10 to 15 years old! Those computers never forget.
Some folks just like to live dangerously.dieselbear Thanks this.
