Absolutely, yes. That is clearly stated in the regulations. Are you using DDL? That's the only program I'm familiar with that is generally accepted by DOT enforcement.
When I drove for a company that had electronic logging (via CADEC) we still had to carry printed copies of 7 previous days logs.

Another thing that helped me was I could scale just south of 49,000 lbs. Now a lot of guys won't haul that much but it's no difference if you have a heavy truck and can only scale 44K... 80,000 lbs. is the same either way. I didn't haul a lot of loads that heavy but it used to get me out of Houston with pipe loads anyway. -

try their step-child program first. You get allthe same benefits as leased mercer but keep ur authority and haul what u want. Coordinator, fuelcard discounts same, same loads BEFORE hit open board and get paid FASTER and MORE than a leased on Mercer...oops did I say that out loud? Seriously. I have the girls number.

Paper for me, for now. I like the idea of the logs on the computer. But, I
Can't stand any computer that has windows operating system. I love Mac's. The problem: the log softweAr is not compatible with the Mac. Them braniacs were able to figure out how to make the program work on the windows/Microsoft computers but, are to stupid to make it work on Mac . Braniacs. Two books always come in handy. Lol -

What?
Pls tell
Me you are not riding around with an iMac in your truck.
I need to find the log softweAr for Mac . Macs rule. -
Well, I ve installed amsoil double bypass filter. Replaced engine oil with synthetic. Replaced oil inside of the two rear differentials-what a pain to fill the rear up. Replaced an iso socket on the flatbed with the regular 7 way, bought the black
Cord for the dump valve- $50 vs$130 for the iso cord, need to finish running the wire to the dump valve switch inside the truck, and install my 5000w normal operating wattage and 10000 w max. Power inverter and I should be set to go out again. I can't figure how to do an oil change in my 13 SPd tranny, can't find the fill plug- any advice? -
Plus, depends on how good you can negotiate, I've bought 3 oil filters from the dealer, for the isx, for $43 each, and about 30% off of other filters. I hope my bypass oil filtration system will not go bunkers on me somewhere midway up the hill. Lol. I carry oil with me but not anywhere near 10 gallons. On the other hand, I'm loaded with the, what some may call snake oil, fuel additive. 3-4 gallons of Lukas fuel additive $ 22 per gallon, 2 gallons of the sea foam-$50 per gallon - really good top end cleaner, and about 3-4 gallons of the cetane booster- which in theory should give me better mpg. My last trip I've averaged close to low 7's mpg.
