Anyone have info on Wolf Truck Driving School in Schaumburg,IL.
Ready to make the jump then probably onto Schneider .
Wolf is 1/2 the price of other local schools but I do not see any reviews on them.
Thanks!

I attended Wolf Driving and will give them a thumbs up. They have good instructors in the yard to help you when you struggle but be prepared to waste lots of time in school going over the pre trip stuff. On Mondays and Saturdays they have a great instructor that goes over the pretrip stuff and he will test you realy well. On the other days, you are there by yourself wasting time to get your hours done, once you start driving its where the fun begins. I passed everything first shot. They are definitely worth it for the cost alone, if you fail they will give you extra time for free. BTW if you mention I sent you there, you might get 100$ off.

Thanks! Anyone else ever go to this school?

Hey AT , It's 160 hours for $2000 so much cheaper then the others. but can't find any reviews on em.
Schneider makes sense for me cuz can start out OTR then switch to a local job with them. In Chicago they have a lot of dedicated runs.
So more home time or more skiing at Smuggs
I saw another post of yours, you going lease? -
H3LL no!
I'm looking into buying a truck, and hopefully going independant if not i'll lease onto someone for a little while first.
Make sure before you go to that school that some companies hire from there.

Good luck! Would you stay with W/S?
I did speak to a gal at SNI , all she said was that the school be accredited from the state , this school is only been around maybe 2 years but they do post Roehl , SNI etc... as hiring from them but never believe what you read on a web site . I'd rather get info here. -
well im thinking about trying out our Flatbed Devison before I buy a truck and if i like it i may lease onto W/S for the FB side, but i wouldnt lease onto the Van side.
If i go independant oviously i would be on my own lol
Thats good, just make sure SNI and a few other company that you are willing to work for and that want you hire from there that way just in case you have backups.
American Truckerbaseballcoach Thanks this. -
