    Hey, Oldgoatie! How's Ms. Maine? Must be treating you nice if you're thinking of Northeast regional. I can't think of any other reason you'd want to subject yourself to that.

    Although I loved Maine and its people each time I was there with Prime. Even thought of buying property outside Monticello.
