Just think, if everyone said no to their b.s., they would have no choice, but to improve. There seems to be no shortage of wided-eyed newbes, willing to take the plunge.[/QUOTE]

    THAT'S A TRUE STORY RIGHT THERE !!

Its really a true shame it has come down to this. Companies could care less about any one of us out there, but in all my 18 years of this Industry the only real changes Ive seen in it has been through Gov. on Safety issues. And as long as theres no recourse for the Crapy ways Co's do and rob their drivers, there will always be turmoil. Where does it end? Dont know! We dont have to drive a truck anymore I guess; and the newer generation of never knew any better can have it.. Just an oppinion..:biggrin_2554:

I have been getting some of that double talk on another blog, the same kind of talk you would get from a sycophant company recruiter or dispatcher. I know they are trolling around here!

When they really need drivers to sign-on they will pay better and start to cooperate with the people they have. Reciently 4/15/11 "usa truck inc" was offering a $2000.00 sign on bonus.

Let them read! Sometimes the bosses there have no idea how bad the FM's and Ops staff are treating their drivers. If it gets posted here, there's no way for a bad FM to hide it from their boss. Although very, very, very few actually get the problems rectified to their satisfaction, it's sometimes enough just to have a place to go and vent their frustrations. If they wish to choke out all dissenting voices by threats of retaliation for posting company "dirty laundry" here, then are these companies willing to accept any/all possible negative consequences for infringing on the drivers' Freedom of Speech? I doubt it.

Does anybody remember the good old days at Millers Blue Ribbon Beef? Those good lookin' red Pete's and stainless trailers. THAT WAS A GOOD OUTFIT. Worked you like a hebrew, but a good bunch!
