Once again united, mom and dad. Sorry for your loss. Those who know me know i'm not a praying man but i say a few words from time to time to the big guy upstairs from time to time for those in need, so just finished a quick one for you and your family. Tell Your mom and dad not to worry about the lady crocheting or counted cross stiching "Welcome to Heaven" things for those coming through the pearly gates, that'd be my Mom Janis S. W. died 022311

    God bless, be safe

I remember reading on here that some of you guys left Maverick but then returned. How did that go?
A few months ago Hubby was offered a local driving job so he left Mav (on good terms). Well that didn't work out and he's tried to no avail to find something else driving local. Luckily he got in with a factory but it's only temp. He's been talking about going back over the road and really wouldn't consider anyone but Maverick.

i never left but have heard of some that do to check out the grass on the other side of the fence and come back. As long as he left on good terms and with a rehireable status, he should be fine to come back.

    GLADHESGONE Thanks this.

Jim: I am so sorry for your loss. As we get older we know the inevitable will happen. Life is never the same after you loose your parents.

Did not make it home this weekend but I needed the miles.
Two days ago my truck would not start at the consignee....wire off of solnoid.
Yesterday, found a 4 x 4 inch patch out of my super single...had to get a new tire.
Today I bumped my fire extinguisher and it discharged in my truck...what a lovey mess.
I am sitting down near axis Alabama and it is supposed to be 91 degrees the next couple of days. Wonder what the next fun thing to happen will be?
