Heh! Not worried about it, but rather tryin' to keep your thread free of the BS fight... it spirals out of control pretty quickly.

Yup, its mostly unrealistic expectations about money, lifestyle, etc. Especially when it comes to leasing - folks get greedy, start thinking of that settlement check the way they would a paycheck in a non-trucking environment, and get caught in a financial squeeze. Its a bad place to be, and many will blame it all on Prime. LOL!

Too true. Why blame yourself when you can blame someone else? :)

See if you can get Gracie. She's really helpful and nice! Ext. 6624 (I think, but just ask for her and they will connect you)

I used to drive for Prime and I liked it there. Great equipment, good miles and I got along pretty well with my dispatcher. I would definitely advise staying on the company side for a while. It's easy to get in way over your head with that lease. I had a friend there who leased and had a hard time making good money. I think if you're smart and responsible you can make it work once you learn how to keep those wheels rolling. I left there because it was so hard for them to get me home. I think that was due to where I live. I sure do miss the Millenium building. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a massage at the spa!

You'll get home when you ask... But passing thru is up to the load Gods. I'm from western WA and I can say that I probably get sent up that way once or twice a year (not under a sometime request and that includes Eastern WA)

Where you live is excellent for loads home. Number one is Walmart in Grandview. I've delivered to Tyson near Pasco. Dry loads to Walmart in Hermiston. I've dropped an empty trailer at Columbia Cold storage.

Loads out are plentiful with apples, pears, cherries, onions and potatoes... From all over central WA.
