:biggrin_25521:I work for JBS Carriers and we still have some of the Trailers that have Miller's on it. Do you remember Mullfords and old timer told me they would call the left lane of the highway Mullford Lane cause they would run hard and Garauntee 24 hr Delivery anywhere in the US

Actually it was Monfort from Greeley, CO
They hauled swing meat to the coast
and the left lane was the Monfort Lane for a reason

Yeah, most companies watch Facebook and other sites like TTR. The way to avoid the Facebook is don't join the companies group or friend your FM or anyone from the company. I dropped out of my companies Facebook group because I heard that a driver had gotten in trouble for bad mouthing a shipper on his Facebook.

As for TTR and other sites, just watch what you say.

    They don't have to improve.

They have thousands of desparate people trying to break into the truck driving game.

It's all about power and control. They will demonstrate on a daily basis that you (the driver) mean nothing to them.

And therein lies the problem...they don't want to because they don't have to...and that's what's wrong with this sorry industry. Sorry pay, sorry hometime, sorry equipment and people who could care less. Maybe I need to start my own company...never would I treat my drivers like their dogs.... that's what most companies do. My company for example...most our fm's (dispatchers) are college kids. And I believe no one who works in our office buildings has ever driven a truck or even stepped inside of one....its a very screwed up industry. Something that will probably never change unfortunately.
