    When the hell did pants hanging down below the waist ever become the norm? Most of the youth don't even know that this "style" if you can call it that was synonymous with prison fare and identifying themselves as being available for sex. From a hood perspective they can't run from the cops while being in the streets, women find it repulsive and no job will ever hire youth like that. We need to start warming up the belts again on the youth and make them pull them #### pants up!!!!
