Did one weigh in motion and all the others were closed or already full when I hit them.

Saw one that was closed because a truck became disabled after running into the concrete barrier just off the scale. No idea how they would have managed that. They were putting it on the hook when I went by.

I play in the dirt too much to worry about keeping my truck clean. I wash it before I'm going to be under it doing maintenance or repairs. I'm not worried about the DOT. If they are under my truck poking around, I hope a big chunk of dirt falls in their eye when they knock it loose doing whatever it is they are doing under there....serves 'em right for harassing me.:biggrin_2559:

I had a short week this week, but I did manage about 3500 miles.

Got pulled into the scales just south of KC, less than 130 miles from home. I got nailed for two trailer tires. They wernt OOS, but I did get a Safety violation on both of them. I am guilty on one of them, but the other wasnt really any where near to being tread bare. #!#$^%^%^ I did keep my mouth shut, and didnt make an issue out of it. They always win anyways.

I was out of driving hours, but the LEO let me roll on out since I wasnt over on my 14. Thanks bud, I guess...

Dang it, I was almost home!!!:biggrin_2559:

I got weighed a few times. I did pass through a makeshift inspection station in WV on the turnpike where they had a few trucks being looked at but most of us were waved through.
