You still with Superior Cat?
I agree with the middle of the night comment. As I type this I am getting loaded with a 2 AM appointment. The other side of this for me is I have plenty of time on the load and can either run hard and sleep in tomorrow or stop short and not get up as early. Either way I will pick up a few hours of layover pay. Load has to go 750 miles in 35 hours.

Hey wsyrob,
I just started with a tanker company in Md and we have a few trucks on site at a company in Pedricktown,Nj so yesterday when I dropped a trailer # the tankwash in Bridgeport there was a superior carriers truck parked there and 4 of your trailers too. I thought you guys had a tankwash # your yard in Paulsboro. This place in bridgeport is right on route 130. -
don't do pickups or del. or driving after 9. lol....

Fuel tankers actually have bulkheads not baffles, most are 5 compartment trailers. But you do have some with only 3 or 4. Reason being so that you can load say 6500 no-lead, 1000 premium, 1000 ulsd. Just depends on how you receive your dispatch.

You chuckle why? I said up front I am probably leaving money on the table by doing it. I also "gasp" take time off. I only stay out 10-11 days at a time, then home for 3-4. Again, probably leaving money on the table, but it is a decision I have made to allow me a life outside trucking. I've been an o/o with Schneider for over 11 years doing it my way and have made a comfortable living for myself. Somebody wants to run 24/7 for months at a time all the power to them, it's not for me.chalupa and groundpounder Thank this. -
Let's play nice ... Lol

You still at SPCR ? -
Our terminal is at the Dana Tankwash on Crown Point Rd at exit 19 off 295. I have never been there before but we could be using another tankwash for some products or for scheduling. Its not uncommon for a terminal to use all the washes in the area. We have a tankwash at our terminal in High Point and still use the 2 in Greensboro when it gets busy.

My fuel tanker has baffles as well as bulkheads separating the compartments?
