I was, but now I'm a very safe driver that needs a chance to prove myself worthy.

normally, i would have agreed with such a statement, but frankly even i backed off when his last episode was over 10 years ago....i think he has learned a lesson in responsibility.

And if your smart you learn from them. Obviously he didn't learn or he would have not gotten 2 more. He deserves no more chances.

In Indiana, for the most part, you can only get something expunged with a governor pardon, even an arrest record with a charge with no conviction.

You can find your record there free online. Some of the counties show on the court records found through the main in.gov site. The other counties go through mycase.in.gov or my-case.in.gov, cant remember which it is atm.

You're going to find a very hard road to go on. Some do say within 5,7 and 10 years but there's more to that when they find out there's more than just one DUI. Again I say the school should have told you that before taking any money and some day there's going to be a lawsuit for fruad. We can only hope.

I think you should read the FMCSR §383.51 table 1. The way I read it you are banned from holding a CDL for life. I don't know if you've gone and got one let but if the state finds the other ones you may have a longer road to go if you want to drive. If I am reading this right then you would be banned for life and you do have a chnce for reinstatement.

So can anyone chime in here and let me know what I'm reading???

Yep you are correct. It would ban him for life. I couldn't find it earlier but I was pretty sure it existed.
