Is that with or without the happy, smiling family posing in front of a CRE rig parked in front of their house?

I can do 7,000+ miles about once a month. The rest of the time it's 5,000+ if I'm training . It depends on the timing of turning in the TripPaks. However, this week I could have done much better if I had handled my fuel properly.

I started last December at the school in Mira Loma, CA. I had no prior driving experience. There are lots of drivers making good money at CRE. I am not an exception...

So with considerably less than even ONE year of experience, how in the world do you justify being a trainer? And does money justify it?

An absolute obscene joke. And a joke that continues to be very UNfunny.

    May God help us all.

I agree with you. My phase 1 trainer told me it would take at least a year of driving until I know what I'm doing.

I am doing the best I can to be safe and to keep my truck well maintained. I did shut down the truck a couple of times last winter when the weather got really bad and to their credit, CRE did not second guess my decision. I do wish CRE would offer an advanced driving school where I could get some experience on a skidpad etc...

...and yet, you make the decision to train anyway.

    Again...God help us all.

I'm doing the best I know how. What is your recommendation on how to learn to drive? What school do you recommend?...

If I prove myself to be authentic, will you promise to delete all of your post and leave this forum forever?...

He's not recommending you to go to school. He's trying to tell you you should wait to train until you have more time under your belt. If my Phase II trainer told me he's only been driving for a few months, I would request a different trainer. No offense, but I expect to learn something on a trainer's truck, and not teach the trainer (which I've done).

I'm also a Phase II trainer, but I have not picked up a student yet, nor do I plan to. But that's mainly due to the fact that I prefer to run solo, and would rather team with someone I trust.
