well whomever you claim to be i will make it simple for you. I DO NOT CARE. If you are owed money and have not sent your Bills in then no pay will be issued to you until the bills are recieved, And why be afraid to give me and all the others on here your name, Well if you do not want to do that atleast share this attorneys name and city so we can atleast contact him or her. If your being honest then why hide the names of someone that would help get you the money you claim your owed. Unless your maybe telling big ones. The ball is in your court and im done with the little kid talk with you and whomever you claim to be i know i can show you are making up big ones. my opinion of ronin is a very good one and atleast he does know how to tell the truth and not asking to pm everyone. Nascar you started this ride and alot of people are watching the outcome here, so lets just share all the paperwork on here for everyone to see and then let the real drivers out there see that someone that is claiming to be one of thier own is only another con and wanting something either they do not have coming or refuses to turn in the bills like they are required to do.

If none of the people here are Terry, I definitely am going to steer clear of his outfit for hiring such idiots.

 

I don't know the whole story, and don't have room in my brain for it all... but it appears that this "driver" belongs to someone else who deals with JTA.... and this "driver" took large fuel and repair advances.... got paid pretty much everything due... then hasn't sent the original BOLs... and wants money in addition to and outside of the contract.

Seems pretty cut and dried. As a broker, I wouldn't pay a trucking company until I had original paper (signed BOLS for proof of delivery) IN HAND. If those papers are missing in space somewhere.... then they're flying right along with any money this guy is due.

If the BOLs WERE sent in, and the guy wasn't paid, that's a different story.

To me, this is just like some of the company drivers who lose Trip Pak envelopes and still expect to get paid.... how so? You lost the paperwork required to GET you paid!
