    Hi Mark

    tried update in truck but for some reason ,tnd dock says its offline.I know internet is working.So i will try update when i get home and see what happens.When im home on high speed i know dock says online.

    My 500 still has no idea how I-10 goes thru mid to west houston...Approximately from exit 780-740...It keeps telling me I'm off of I-10...

    Dell? I have noticed a few Dell's will show offline, but you will be connected.. Try to update and see if you get a message about it not being connected.

    It is on the newer Map data that is being sold via the Rand Store or already installed on the 510/710.

    Yes its a dell.I stopped at house and did update and nothing has changed.Still no travel centers.Should i try a restore on it?

    That was a statement about the mile marker feature. Your's I forwarded up to Rand to have them look at the area/roads.

    If after the update you are missing your Travel centers or under Quick stops they are missing, E-Mail me your Serial number off the back of the TND (bottom right).

    If you updated within the last week you should be seeing the travel centers again. But, I have several different ways to get you up and running again.
