That would be NONE. OOIDA has sued just about everyone over this, and didn't get anywhere with Prime. The court dismissed the case with prejudice, as U2 pointed out.

Four weeks ago, and heading back there for next weekend. Does that present a problem for your latest crapola theory?

    Frankly, I could care less...

    Really?

Nah... I drive 65 whenever the schedule requires it. When it doesn't, I prefer to keep my dead presidents rather than jacking up the oil companies' profits.

You do that company dawg. While you're at it, go enrole in business 101 at your local community college. You need to get edjumicated.

    Why would that be?

Actually... yeah. I rolled into Tyson at Robards KY this afternoon at 1523, dropped my empty for a loaded trailer, and picked up bills time stamped at 1515 today. Was out the gate by 1605-ish. DDT on this load is 0421 tomorrow.

Maybe if Swifty wasnt driving so fast he would have seen the signs and saved himself over $15k in fines...

I was in the area the week prior and had no trouble seeing the signs while I chugged along at 55mph.

You talking about the bridge story? I knew about the detour, as Prime informed us... However Swifty's argument wasnt very solid, as even in an un-informed state, I still would have seen all the signs and followed the detour... unlike that poor soul.

So in addition to 4000 trucks, they also own a judge. Cool.

Our company drivers make about 47 cpm (after you do all the math, ... we get paid percentage plus 10 CPM, plus 4 CPM fuel bonus). About average I guess.

Our O/O's get 85-95% of gross revenue plus variable fuel surcharges depending on whether they own their own trailer. (if you own your own trailer you will LOSE money sitting around waiting for packing plants to live-load it!!)

I have absolutely no idea whether they pay for or help with insurance, permits, etc. We DO NOT have a lease purchase program, and NEVER WILL.

The company VP told me a story once. He and the CEO went to a carrier's meeting, where they were discussing lease purchase programs. The CEO of CR England was bragging that they make more money off the leases than they do hauling freight. Without getting into too much details about it, the VP told me all the terms of the lease programs being discussed by the CEOs of the mega-carriers were "disgustingly dishonest" and at one point our guys got up and left.

Looks like he works for Van Wyk Inc. They average about 36 cents per mile not 47. Makes ya feel better I quess when you lie to yourself.

Van Wyk is a struggling company that most likely won't make it. Could be why he's here whining and cryin and Lying.......
