On the accidents I had (pretty bad-but only for the 4-wheelers) one I t-boned @ 60 and the other a pickup truck passed me pulling a trailer with lawn mower tires (to heavy to fast) lost control due to trailer bounced off me and hit the concrete barrier. How do I get the actual reports with the details contact the main DPS Office?

Contact the jurisdictions that did the accident reports.

Yeah its pretty screwed up if they use that psp report against you I don't know if it is yet. The report doesn't even state who's fault it is. Its like I told my last boss just because somebody is stupid/ignorant or just plain f***** stupid and screws up and hits me doesn't make it my fault when there is an accident. Pretty much sums up all my wrecks lately . I've been driving in Texas about 12 years now and if anybody has seen Friday IH-35 traffic between Temple and just south of Hillsboro you know how screwed up it is out there. Its part of the reason I quit my last job. Austin-Dallas run absolutely sucks due to the amount of idiots out there.

This is one of the reasons I now have a dash-cam in my truck. I don't know if it'll actually do me any good on my psp if something happens and it's not my fault..?

But at least I'll have something I can show a potential employer to prove my innocence.

Won't matter it not the employer who is making the decision, it is the insurance company. You will never get to see the face of the person or a chance to tell your side of the story. :^(
